About this role
AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Labor and Delivery Unit on the night shift (7 pm–7 am) at its Magnet-recognized campus in Celebration, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for obstetrical patients.
- Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with unit standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions throughout the shift.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with on-unit OB Hospitalists, Neonatologists, and Anesthesiology to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
- Respond to code situations promptly, providing stabilizing interventions and accurate, timely medical-record documentation.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida RN license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required); CCNS preferred.
- Ability to manage high-acuity obstetrical patients with strong multi-tasking and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; English fluency required.
- Applicable Labor and Delivery experience required for sign-on bonus eligibility.

AdventHealth Celebration's Labor and Delivery Unit delivers approximately 3,375 births per year across 6 triage rooms, 10 labor rooms, 2 OB ORs, and 2 PACU beds, with an adjacent Level II NICU and 24-bed Mother Baby Unit.
