AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Supervisor for its Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation department in Manchester, Kentucky.
### What you'll do
- Supervise and coach clinical staff, providing performance feedback and conducting annual and interim evaluations
- Orient new team members to department processes, equipment, safety protocols, and organizational mission
- Serve as liaison between hospital staff, physicians, patients, families, and community partners to investigate and resolve complaints
- Maintain ROI tracking and reporting; analyze results to develop strategies for operational efficiency
- Coordinate outreach activities and fulfill staffing needs outside normal business hours as required
- Collaborate with physicians to facilitate engagement with hospital programs and services
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field (required); Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) credential required
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting required; 3+ years in healthcare or athletic training preferred
- Supervisory or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
