Base salary: $240,000 – $250,000 annually
$3,000 + 5 dedicated CME days
Malpractice coverage
This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected Ascension Living - PACE program, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Deliver high-impact, relationship-centered care through the Ascension Living PACE program—caring for a smaller, medically complex senior panel with the support of a fully integrated interdisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on quality, continuity, and keeping patients safely in their homes.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
