<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required); Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Minimum one year of RN experience required for PRN status; recent acute care experience preferred</li> <li>Active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice</li> <li>Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required as applicable per unit policy — NRP is standard for L&D placement</li> </ul>
