<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Current Texas RN licensure required (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li> <li>AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required as applicable per unit policy</li> <li>Basic Fetal Monitoring competency required; Intermediate Fetal Monitoring competency required</li> <li>Recent acute care experience preferred; L&D or women's services background strongly relevant</li> </ul>
