<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Active Tennessee RN license or valid multi-state compact permit</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire for L&D RNs</li> <li>NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required within 3 months of hire for L&D RNs at the Bartlett campus; candidates should be prepared to obtain NRP regardless of site assignment given the patient population</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for obstetric patients across the full shift cycle, including newly admitted patients and those with evolving acuity</li> </ul>
