<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current certification by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC) required</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited RN program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred</li> <li>Active Florida RN license required</li> <li>3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with advanced knowledge of perinatal nursing practices, anatomy and physiology, pregnancy, labor, birth, lactation, infant care, and clinical breastfeeding issues</li> <li>Current American Heart Association BLS and NRP certifications required</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across disciplines, and serve as a clinical role model for patient care and customer service</li> </ul>
