<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing — required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred</li> <li>Current, active Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice</li> <li>AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — required at hire</li> <li>AHA ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certifications as applicable per corporate policy for the L&amp;D unit of hire</li> <li>Basic Fetal Monitoring certification — required</li> <li>Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification — required</li> <li>Recent acute care nursing experience preferred; L&amp;D or maternal-newborn background strongly aligned with unit needs</li> </ul>
