- Four-member procedural team structure: 1 Scrub Tech, 1 Respiratory Therapist, 1 Circulating RN, 1 Monitoring Personnel — consistent team composition for both scheduled and on-call shifts
- Equipment suite: Philips x-ray imaging, Acist power injectors, Philips IVUS/iFR system, Xper Monitoring System, and Spacetrax Inventory System
- IABP setup and monitoring; temporary and permanent pacemaker insertion support
- Scheduled shift: 06:00–18:30 (12.5-hour days)
- On-call assignment required after hours, on weekends, and on holidays per rotation; 30-minute emergency response requirement
- Evidence-based practice environment with a staff trained in personalized, patient-centered cardiovascular care
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Cath Lab or Cardiac Intervention Lab required; 1 year of cardiac cath and radiology care experience preferred
- Associate degree in Radiology or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Radiology or equivalent preferred
- Basic EKG course completion required
- Active BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
- ARRT-CRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists — Cardiac-Interventional Radiography) certification required
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred
- Ability to respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes of alert
