<p>Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Nurse Manager role leading the Labor and Delivery unit. This is a full-time, day-shift leadership position at a 333-bed acute care hospital with more than a century of service to Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. The role offers direct clinical oversight of a high-acuity OB unit within a technologically advanced, Commission on Cancer-accredited facility that also deploys MAKO and Da Vinci robotic platforms across its surgical service lines. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse with an undergraduate degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field (degree in progress considered)</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting</li> <li>Active BLS certification required</li> <li>NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required</li> <li>ACLS certification required</li> <li>AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required per facility standards</li> <li>Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain</li> </ul>
