<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active RN licensure or permit in the State of Tennessee required</li> <li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred</li> <li>No prior experience required; new graduates are eligible</li> <li>BLS certification required upon hire</li> <li>ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire (L&amp;D RNs are explicitly included in this requirement)</li> <li>NRP or additional L&amp;D-specific certifications may be expected per departmental standards consistent with the hospital's certification framework</li> </ul>
