This is a hands-on scrub role embedded in a full-service acute care system that includes a Special Care Level IIB nursery, high-risk pregnancy services, and advanced maternity care — giving the right candidate meaningful, high-acuity L&D surgical experience within a Joint Commission Gold Seal-accredited facility. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Practice Highlights
- Surgical Technologist role focused in Labor & Delivery OR, functioning within a broader multi-specialty surgical environment
- Works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse circulator across a wide variety of surgical procedures
- Responsible for selection and preparation of all appropriate supplies, instruments, and equipment for each surgical case

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required
- Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- One year of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist preferred
- Active eligibility to work in Massachusetts; facility participates in E-Verify
