Qualifications
- Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse or equivalent leadership role
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Demonstrated leadership ability, hospital operational competency, and highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
