Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum five years of clinical experience in nursing or a relevant specialty discipline
- Three to five years of progressively responsible nursing management experience preferred
- Current Texas State Registered Nurse license required
- Specialty or nursing administration certification desired (e.g., RNC-OB, NE-BC, NEA-BC)
- Active AHA or ARC Healthcare Provider BLS certification required at hire; AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire if not already held
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
