Practice Highlights
- Manager-level leadership role within the Labor & Delivery department at Westover Hills Baptist Hospital, a full-service acute care facility within the Baptist Health System
- Serves as the on-site departmental manager for daily operations, supporting and reporting to the departmental director

- Works collaboratively with patients' families, physicians, nursing personnel, staff across departments, and volunteer services

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum three years of acute care nursing experience required
- Active Texas State Registered Nurse license required
- Active Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire (American Red Cross or AHA); AHA Healthcare Provider BLS must be obtained within 60 days of hire
- The following certifications are required within the timeframe specified in the unit RN job description: ACLS or TNCC, PALS or ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., Fetal Monitoring, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
