- Comprehensive service lines including orthopedics, cardiovascular care, and obstetrics under one roof
- Bedside RN role encompassing admission assessment, ongoing patient evaluation, nursing diagnosis, individualized care planning, and implementation of nursing and medical orders
- Participates in hourly rounding and may serve in a charge nurse capacity on assigned shifts
- Coordinates interdisciplinary care planning across clinical teams; delegates appropriately to supporting healthcare staff
- Age-specific, culturally sensitive, and patient/family-centered care model throughout the perinatal continuum
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona required
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required — or must be obtained within six months of hire
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required upon completion of orientation
- ACLS required upon completion of orientation
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience preferred; specialty certification in L&D or perinatal nursing preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer systems; ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment
