<p>StaffMed Health Partners is building a network of nearly 100 senior care centers across Florida and is now recruiting a District Manager of Operations to lead 5 to 10 primary care clinics across the Greater Orlando region. This is a hands-on operational leadership role for a proven multisite clinic operator who has built and retained high-performing teams, stabilized turnover, and delivered consistent clinical and financial results. You will own daily operations, staffing, budgets, clinician scheduling, capacity planning, and new center launches—working in the field every week, not from a dashboard.</p>
