<p>This is a District Manager of Operations role leading 5–10 senior care centers across the Tampa Bay region for a rapidly expanding Florida-based senior care organization. You will own daily operations, staffing, budgets, clinician scheduling, and culture across multiple locations, working in the field every week. This is a leadership role built for operators who have stabilized teams, developed talent, and run multisite clinic operations with real P&L ownership.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Multisite healthcare operations leadership experience across clinics, medical practices, or care centers — more than one location with real ownership, not coordination</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of developing and promoting team members</li> <li>Experience stabilizing high-turnover or low-morale teams with measurable results</li> <li>Willingness to relocate to or already based in the Tampa Bay territory; field-based leadership model required</li> </ul>
