<p>Team Florida is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to lead senior-focused care at its Tampa North clinic on Broad Street. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active and unrestricted Florida medical license (MD or DO)</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine</li> <li>Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty</li> <li>Active DEA registration</li> <li>Experience caring for senior or Medicare-eligible patients strongly preferred</li> <li>Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and quality reporting tools</li> <li>Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care team members</li> <li>Comfort practicing in a value-based, team-based care model focused on outcomes rather than visit volume</li> </ul>
