This is a value-based care role built around a smaller panel, extended visit times, and a full support team — designed to reward keeping patients healthy rather than maximizing volume. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree from an accredited program</li> <li>Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li> <li>Active and unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one</li> <li>Current DEA registration</li> <li>Experience or strong interest in caring for senior patients and Medicare Advantage populations</li> <li>Comfort practicing within a value-based, team-based care model</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus given the local patient community</li> </ul>
