<p>Team Florida is recruiting a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to lead a senior-focused panel at its Sanford clinic in the Orlando North market. This is a value-based role built around smaller patient panels, longer visit times, and a dedicated multidisciplinary care team — enabling you to practice comprehensive primary care the way you trained to do it. You will share a quality scorecard with clinic leadership, both measured on patient health outcomes rather than visit volume, and build long-term relationships with the same seniors year after year in a growing community.</p>
