<p>Team Florida is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to lead senior-focused care at its Tyrone Gardens clinic in the Tampa area. This is a value-based role built around smaller patient panels, longer visits, and an embedded care team—advanced practice clinicians, medical assistants, care coordinators, and behavioral health resources—all working to one scorecard: keeping every senior patient healthy. You will practice proactively rather than reactively, with the time and support to know your patients well, coordinate care across specialists and post-acute settings, and build something lasting in this established community practice.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or active application in process</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine</li> <li>Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain upon hire</li> <li>Experience caring for senior or Medicare-eligible patients strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort and enthusiasm for value-based, team-based care models</li> <li>Proficiency with electronic health record systems and commitment to thorough, timely documentation</li> </ul>
