<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Florida medical license</li> <li>Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain before start date</li> <li>Experience caring for senior patients, Medicare Advantage populations, or working in value-based care models preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort with smaller panel sizes focused on quality and outcomes rather than visit volume</li> <li>Strong collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary team-based care</li> <li>Proficiency with electronic health record systems</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus for this Orlando patient community</li> </ul>
