<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active and unrestricted Florida license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA)</li> <li>Board certification through ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, or applicable certifying body for your license type</li> <li>Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program</li> <li>Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Primary care experience with adult or senior patients; value-based or Medicare Advantage experience preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in chronic disease management, preventive care, and care coordination for older adults</li> <li>Comfort practicing within a collaborative or supervising physician agreement as required under Florida law</li> <li>Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical data analytics</li> </ul>
