<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li> <li>Active and unrestricted Florida medical license, or ability to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine</li> <li>Active DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Experience caring for senior or Medicare Advantage patients preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort working in value-based, team-based primary care environments focused on outcomes rather than visit volume</li> <li>Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working alongside nurses, care coordinators, and specialists</li> </ul>
