<p>Team Florida is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to lead senior-focused primary care at its Lake Mary clinic in the Orlando market. This is a full-time, value-based role built around a smaller patient panel, extended visit times, and a dedicated care team—designed to let clinical judgment and relationship-driven medicine drive outcomes rather than volume. <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (MD or DO)</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li> <li>Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Experience or strong interest in senior-focused, value-based primary care</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort managing complex, chronic conditions common among Medicare-eligible seniors</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams</li> <li>Willingness to engage with quality metrics and outcomes-based performance as shared measures of success</li> <li>Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus given the diversity of the Lake Mary and greater Orlando patient population</li> </ul>
