<p>Team Florida is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to lead senior-focused care at its Lake Mary clinic, part of a statewide value-based practice designed around keeping patients healthy and managing outcomes rather than visit volume. You will carry a smaller, manageable panel, spend extended time with each patient, and direct a full care team of nurses, care coordinators, and embedded behavioral health support aligned on quality metrics and patient outcomes. This is a leadership role as the organization stands up physician leadership across Central Florida in a fast-growing Seminole County community with excellent schools, lakefront neighborhoods, and direct access to Orlando.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (MD or DO)</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine</li> <li>Active DEA registration</li> <li>Experience caring for senior patients; preference for candidates with value-based or managed care background</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams including advanced practice clinicians</li> <li>Strong communication skills with genuine commitment to preventive, relationship-based primary care</li> <li>Willingness to use quality and outcomes data to guide clinical decision-making</li> <li>Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date</li> </ul>
