A pediatric home health organization with more than 30 years of operating history and institutional private equity backing is hiring its first-ever Director of Growth Marketing — a greenfield leadership role based in the Dallas area (hybrid) or remote in select states. This person will own the entire marketing function end-to-end: patient census growth on one side, clinician recruitment on the other. The company has doubled in size on operational strength alone and is now entering a new-state expansion phase, making this the moment to build the marketing engine before the growth arrives. The budget is committed, executive sponsorship is in place from day one, and the person who takes this seat writes the playbook everyone after them follows.

Perks and Benefits

Competitive base salary plus a 20% annual performance bonus

Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

401(k) with company match

Paid time off

Full-time, direct-hire employment with authority to build and hire a team beneath you as the roadmap proves out

Dallas area hybrid schedule preferred; remote work available in select states

Dedicated growth and strategy team, established agency relationship to direct, and executive sponsorship from day one

Practice Highlights

First marketing hire in company history — you set the strategy, control the budget, and define the KPI framework from the ground up

Reports directly to the Vice President of Growth & Strategy

Organization has operated for more than three decades serving medically complex children and their families across six states

Institutional private equity backing; company has doubled in size on operational performance alone prior to any formal marketing investment

New state expansion is imminent — the marketing engine is being built ahead of that growth, not in response to it

Owns annual growth marketing strategy, budget, and KPI framework tied to census growth, referral volume, and clinician hiring targets

Manages market- and service-line-segmented campaigns tuned to local dynamics

Leads always-on clinician recruitment marketing including hands-on management of Indeed and other job platforms, in partnership with Talent Acquisition

Drives performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels, optimizing CAC, conversion, and ROAS

Owns SEO, website conversion, marketing automation, and CRM nurture tracks for families, referral sources, and clinical candidates

Produces referral source collateral for the business development team and manages agency and vendor relationships

Builds attribution models and executive dashboards in partnership with strategic finance to inform budget decisions

Year-one success defined as: campaign playbooks live in every market, measurable census and referral growth, a clinician acquisition engine with declining cost per qualified applicant, and a team build plan authored by this hire

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years leading growth or demand generation teams

Healthcare marketing experience required, with a demonstrated record of attracting clinical talent — particularly nurses and therapists

Hands-on depth with Indeed and clinician-focused recruitment platforms strongly preferred; staffing agency or health system background is a plus

Platform expertise across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic advertising, SEO, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent), and CRM

Strong analytics capability: attribution modeling, funnel metrics, budget ownership, and revenue forecasting

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA a plus

About the Community

The Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex is one of the fastest-growing major metros in the United States, offering a low state income tax environment, a diverse and highly educated professional community, and a broad range of neighborhoods spanning urban, suburban, and exurban lifestyles. The region features a robust international airport network, a strong public and private school landscape, and year-round access to professional sports, arts, dining, and outdoor recreation.
