<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Oversees full daily operations of the Orlando home care agency — scheduling, staffing, intake, physician communication, billing, and regulatory compliance</li> <li>Evaluates patient eligibility and reimbursement criteria for home care services; collaborates with the Agency Director on referral acceptance and care planning</li> <li>Coordinates with Case Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing and shift coverage; investigates and resolves unfilled shifts</li> <li>Approves and updates plans of care (POC), including verbal orders, medications, and treatment protocols</li> <li>Ensures timely completion of recertifications and verifies POC content for compliance with agency policies and funding guidelines</li> <li>Monitors patient utilization for adherence to physician orders, agency policies, and payer guidelines</li> <li>Conducts routine and supervisory field visits as required by Florida state regulations</li> <li>Supports training and orientation of newly hired nurses, caregivers, and clinical staff</li> <li>Assists with scheduling for Case Managers, nurses, and PRN staff; ensures timely and accurate documentation submission</li> <li>Schedules and ensures timely documentation of initial patient assessments</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida — required</li> <li>Minimum 1 year of supervisory RN experience — required per Florida state regulations</li> <li>Solid working knowledge of home care regulations and reimbursement mechanisms — required</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, healthcare technology, or education — preferred</li> <li>1 or more years of home care experience — preferred</li> <li>Experience in staff training, orientation, or clinical education — preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, documentation workflows, and compliance processes — preferred</li> </ul>
