<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (primary care specialty)</li> <li>Minimum of five years of experience in outpatient primary care practice</li> <li>Leadership interest or prior experience consistent with a Medical Director or Division Chair role</li> <li>Active New Hampshire medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state</li> <li>Comfort managing a full outpatient panel including nursing home/community call patients</li> <li>Long-term practice commitment of five to ten years minimum strongly preferred</li> </ul>
