<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related human services field</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or related setting</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and direct therapeutic intervention</li> <li>Clinical supervisory experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to obtain Alaska licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) within 6 months of hire</li> <li>Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work effectively with diverse patient populations</li> </ul>
