Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time Primary Care opportunity in Corpus Christi, Texas. This role is part of a value-based, senior-focused care model designed to support providers through interdisciplinary collaboration, technology, and a team-based clinical structure.

- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program required
- ANCC or AANP certification required
- Texas Nurse Practitioner license required or ability to obtain
- Family, Adult Gerontology, or Primary Care certification preferred
- Must meet employer credentialing standards
- Senior care, gerontology, post-acute, or value-based care experience preferred
- Spanish language skills preferred
