<p>A rapidly growing Cardiothoracic Surgery Program in Dallas, Texas is recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant to join a high-autonomy, full-continuum CT surgery practice. The PA will work alongside four CT surgeons and three existing PAs, supporting one lead surgeon at the flagship Dallas hospital while covering the full spectrum of adult cardiac care — from preoperative assessment and first-assist in the OR through ICU-level postoperative management and outpatient clinic follow-up. The call structure is a manageable 1:3 weekday and 1:4 weekend rotation, and the broader multi-specialty organization spans seven hospitals and more than 90 ambulatory clinics across North Texas.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program</li> <li>Current, unencumbered Texas Physician Assistant license</li> <li>Board Certification as a Physician Assistant (NCCPA)</li> <li>Active BLS and ACLS certification required</li> <li>Active DEA registration required</li> <li>Minimum 2–3 years of PA experience; prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery, cardiology, critical care, or a related surgical specialty strongly preferred</li> <li>At least three years of Endovascular Vein Harvesting (EVH) experience required</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with pre- and postoperative management of complex surgical patients</li> </ul>
