  • Active New Jersey medical license or demonstrated ability to obtain licensure
  • Prior OB/GYN hospitalist experience or a background in OB/GYN private practice with leadership exposure strongly preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred — program development, team oversight, or administrative roles are advantageous
  • Comfort with the full clinical scope of an OB/GYN hospitalist, including labor management, obstetric emergencies, and gynecologic coverage
