<p>A 128-bed community hospital in Bergen County, New Jersey — 15 miles from Midtown Manhattan — is recruiting an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN physician to serve as Medical Director of its OB/GYN Hospitalist program. This is a hybrid clinical-leadership role that combines 24-hour in-house hospitalist shifts with direct oversight of the provider team, quality initiatives, and strategic program development in partnership with hospital executives. The position is purpose-built for a seasoned OB/GYN hospitalist or a private-practice physician ready to step into a formal leadership track, with access to a national OB/GYN hospitalist network and no billing or coding responsibilities.</p>
