This is a per diem role built on a value-based model where clinical judgment and patient outcomes—not encounter volume—drive your work. You will round on Team Florida's established senior patient population, coordinate directly with their outpatient primary care physicians, and shape how inpatient and primary care integrate across the state.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</li> <li>Active, unrestricted Florida medical license</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty</li> <li>Active DEA registration</li> <li>Current hospital privileges or ability to obtain privileges at Team Florida partner hospitals</li> <li>Experience caring for older adults, preferably within a Medicare Advantage or value-based care setting</li> <li>Current BLS certification; ACLS as required by individual facilities</li> <li>Strong communication and care coordination skills with primary care physicians and interdisciplinary teams</li> </ul>
