Trauma / Critical Care APP in Dallas, TX

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Trauma and Critical Care APP (NP or PA) to join a Level 2 Trauma Center within a not-for-profit health system in Dallas, TX. ### What you'll do - Provide advanced practice care for trauma and critically ill patients at a Level 2 Trauma Center - Work approximately 15 twelve-hour shifts per month - Collaborate directly with a team of 6 Trauma Surgeons and one other APP - Take on additional shifts to earn supplemental compensation when desired - Contribute to a group culture centered on patient outcomes and team collegiality ### What we're looking for - Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Prior clinical experience in Trauma and/or Critical Care strongly preferred - Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment - Commitment to quality outcomes and collaborative team practice ### What's included - Competitive base salary plus shift-based pay - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - Robust benefits package - No Texas state income tax - Opportunity for additional income through extra shifts ### About the practice This Level 2 Trauma Center is part of a leading not-for-profit health system serving the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, one of the fastest-growing and largest metro regions in the United States.
