<p>A large, established healthcare system in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex is expanding its outpatient primary care network and recruiting board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join clinic sites across multiple DFW communities. This is a pure outpatient role — no hospital rounding, no call, no weekends — with a Monday–Friday schedule that delivers genuine work-life balance inside one of the fastest-growing and most economically dynamic metros in the country.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine (ABFM) or Internal Medicine (ABIM)</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine</li> <li>Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex, chronic medical conditions in an outpatient setting</li> <li>Comfort working within a collaborative, team-based care model alongside APPs, nursing staff, and social services</li> </ul>
