StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary Neuroscience Institute in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL.
### What you'll do
- Build and grow an OMS practice integrated within a Cancer program and Sleep Surgery program
- Provide surgical care in collaboration with neurosurgeons, subspecialty ENTs, neuro-oncologists, and neurointerventionalists
- Participate in an interdisciplinary, co-located care model serving patients across northern and central Illinois and eastern Wisconsin
- Contribute to a 24-hour coverage model supported by neuro-hospitalists and neurocritical care specialists
- Engage with a strong research infrastructure and support clinical trials
- Operate in state-of-the-art ORs equipped with advanced intraoperative navigation technology
### What we're looking for
- Board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Illinois medical licensure or eligibility
- Ability to collaborate within a high-volume, multidisciplinary neuroscience environment
- Interest in academic appointment and clinical research engagement
- Commitment to personalized, high-acuity patient care across complex neurological and head and neck conditions
### What's included
- Annual salary range: $400,000–$550,000, not tied to wRVU production

### About the practice
The Neuroscience Institute is an independent, physician-run group anchored at a 509-bed campus designated as a comprehensive stroke center — one of the largest facilities in the northern Chicago suburbs. The team includes internationally recognized neurosurgeons and specialists in brain tumors, skull base disease, cerebrovascular conditions, facial pain, and cranial nerve disorders. The Institute is actively expanding its integrated care model to deliver subspecialty neurosciences services throughout the greater Chicagoland region.
