<p>A rapidly growing, independent physician-run Neuroscience Institute in Arlington Heights, Illinois is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary team building a world-class neurosciences program in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This is a rare opportunity to establish and grow an OMS practice within a fully integrated institute that includes neurosurgeons, subspecialty ENTs, neuro-oncologists, neurointerventionalists, neuroradiologists, neurointensivists, and neurologists — all co-located on a 509-bed comprehensive stroke center campus. Compensation is aggressive, non-wRVU-based, and ranges from $400,000 to $550,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus and full relocation support. Cap-exempt H-1B visa sponsorship is available.</p>
