About this role
A Family Medicine physician is needed at a large, independently owned multi-specialty practice in New Mexico, recruited in partnership with StaffMed Health Partners.
### What you'll do
- Provide 100% outpatient primary care in a structured clinical setting
- Practice a 4.5-day work week with no call obligations
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary group spanning Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Rheumatology, Neurology, and Endocrinology
- Leverage on-site diagnostics including high-complexity lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, PET/CT, nuclear camera, EEG, EMG, and a full infusion suite
- Contribute to an expanding regional practice adding new specialties and services
### What we're looking for
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician
- New Mexico medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Commitment to outpatient, community-focused primary care
- J-1 or H-1B visa candidates welcome — sponsorship available

- Compensation at or above the 90th percentile with aggressive base salary and lucrative RVU bonus structure
