<p>A well-established private PM&R practice in the Orlando, Florida area is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist to join a collegial team that has served the community for 20 years. The incoming physician will enter a structured partnership track with no buy-in required and a documented earning potential above $400,000 annually — placing total compensation at or above the 90th percentile for the specialty. This is a Monday–Friday outpatient-only position with flexible hours and a fully integrated in-house therapy program.</p>
