Practice Manager Primary Care+ Winter Haven

AdventHealth is hiring a Practice Manager for its Primary Care clinic in Winter Haven, Florida. ### What you'll do - Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more primary care practices, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management. - Lead the hiring process, conduct performance evaluations, and manage employee coaching and counseling in accordance with policy. - Manage revenue cycle activities including up-front collections, modifier usage, and physician coding for clean-claim processing. - Participate in preparation of operating, salary, and capital budgets and maintain compliance with productivity standards. - Coordinate onboarding of newly recruited and established community physicians, and assist with credentialing activities. - Develop and implement written policies and procedures governing practice operations, including patient rights and quality-of-care standards. ### What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination: Associate's + 2 years experience, or HS diploma + 4 years experience). - 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice (preferred). - Billing, coding, and revenue cycle experience in a physician practice setting (preferred). - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required. - Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) designation preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated EHR superuser capability. ### What's included - Salary range: $52,756 – $98,137 per year. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day One. - Paid time off from Day One and 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Primary Care in Winter Haven operates as part of AdventHealth's extensive network of faith-based health services across Central Florida.
