About this role

AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse to join the inpatient nursing team at its acute care hospital in Littleton, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive physiological, psychological, and sociocultural patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitoring for adverse reactions and adjusting interventions as patient status changes. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with physicians and ancillary departments to coordinate care, ensuring clear communication across the team. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record. - Respond promptly to code situations and supervise or delegate care activities to support staff. ### What we're looking for - Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - BLS/CPR certification required. - 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred. - EKG competency per unit requirements. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills with proficiency in Windows-based computer systems. ### What's included - Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr ($71,261–$123,219 annualized). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One. - Paid time off from Day One. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being programs. ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a mission centered on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
