A full-time Physical Therapist role at AdventHealth Kissimmee, located in Kissimmee, Florida, serving an inpatient hospital setting on a Wednesday–Saturday day shift.
### What you'll do
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations using evidence-based techniques and established standards.
- Establish, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans including goal setting, treatment activities, and visit frequency.
- Document patient progress accurately and completely using measurable, objective terminology.
- Apply principles of patient and employee safety in all daily clinical activities.
- Serve as a Clinical Instructor, supporting professional development and performance improvement.
- Participate in community events, educational lectures, and public awareness initiatives as an extension of clinical expertise.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license (required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required).
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred).
- Commitment to evidence-based and best-practice clinical standards.

- Pay range: $31.55–$58.69/hour ($65,624–$122,075 annualized).
