Qualifications

• 
  Current Arizona PT license or eligibility
  
• 
  At least one year of clinical experience

  Strong outpatient orthopedic background

  McKenzie coursework preferred, particularly Parts A and B
  
• 
  Occupational health or first responder experience a plus
