About this role
AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a full-time Supervisor RN Quality Coordination to lead the Quality Management team at its acute care hospital in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Supervise Quality Coordinators, including assignments, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Validate concurrent and closed record reviews to ensure accurate abstraction of core measure and focus metric data
- Assess quality data to identify improvement opportunities, develop corrective action plans, and monitor outcomes
- Collaborate with hospital and medical staff leadership to address gaps in the Quality Management System
- Prepare departmental reports, audits, and studies; participate in survey-readiness meetings
- Oversee the quality metric education program and disseminate QM program updates to staff and physicians
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including 3+ years in a lead nurse or comparable role in an acute care setting
- Strong analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of CMS guidelines, Leapfrog standards, and Value-Based Purchasing requirements
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
