AdventHealth is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for its Primary Care clinic in Chatsworth, Georgia.
### What you'll do
- Perform clinical intake including vital signs, history taking, screenings, and medication reconciliation for primary care patients.
- Administer medications, collect labs, initiate testing, and document results in the EMR at the time of service.
- Assist providers with minor procedures and ensure accurate real-time documentation.
- Educate patients on tests, medications, and diet with clear, accurate instructions.
- Maintain OSHA compliance, manage medical supply inventory, and ensure equipment is functioning.
- Travel as needed to support staffing needs across clinic locations.
### What we're looking for
- Active CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, or NRCMA certification (one required).
- BLS/CPR certification required at time of hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of related medical assistant experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and chronic disease management.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

- Pay range: $16.36–$26.17/hr (~$34,029–$54,434 annualized).
