AdventHealth Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Medical-Surgical unit in Zephyrhills, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and established standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Interpret EKG findings and apply advanced life support skills as required by unit guidelines.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust plans of care accordingly.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses using Microsoft Windows-based clinical systems.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license — required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing — required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing — preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification — required.
- One or more years of experience in an acute care hospital setting — preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills for a fast-paced med-surg environment.
- Specialty certifications (TNCC, CCRN-E, ONS, SCRN, or others) are a plus depending on unit assignment.

- Hourly pay range: $31.53 – $52.24 (approximately $65,582 – $108,659 annualized).
