AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a PRN Night Shift Nursing House Supervisor at its 7700 S Broadway campus in Littleton, Colorado.
### What you'll do
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of hospital operations during overnight hours
- Manage personnel and resources across departments to meet census demands and staffing standards
- Reassign employees to different units or duties to optimize skill mix and workload balance
- Conduct regular rounds to identify patient care or operational issues and drive timely resolution
- Review hospital activity reports and initiate or respond to appropriate corrective actions
- Participate in nursing, hospital, and medical staff committees as assigned
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory, charge nurse, or comparable nursing leadership experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Proficiency in nursing computer applications and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
