PRN Clinical Pharmacist

A PRN Clinical Pharmacist role at AdventHealth Redmond serving the hospital campus in Rome, Georgia on day-weekend shifts. ### What you'll do - Counsel patients, families, and care team members on safe and effective medication use - Provide timely, cost-effective medication therapy and participate in stewardship, surveillance, and restricted-use programs - Participate in direct patient care and interdisciplinary rounds, managing transitions of care from admission through discharge - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy technicians, interns, students, and residents - Identify, report, and help resolve medication safety events, adverse drug reactions, and dispensing errors ### What we're looking for - Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) — active Georgia license required - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred - 1+ year of hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with computer systems and written/verbal instruction comprehension - Additional unit- or state-specific licensure or certification may apply ### What's included - Pay range: $48.25–$89.75/hr (approximately $100,360–$186,680 annualized) - PRN/per-diem schedule with day-weekend shifts ### About the practice AdventHealth Redmond is a faith-based acute care hospital located in Rome, Georgia, operating as part of the AdventHealth system.
