<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Long-term care dispensing pharmacy serving residents and patients across multiple partnered LTC and post-acute care facilities</li> <li>Scheduled shift structure: every third weekend, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM; weekday availability for shift coverage including nights (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) as needed</li> <li>Pharmacist oversees full dispensing workflow: order entry accuracy, new and refill label verification, drug packaging and labeling review, and daily clearance of the workflow dashboard</li> <li>Preparation and/or supervision of sterile IV drug products and solutions</li> <li>Controlled substance management: ordering, receiving, documentation, storage, and perpetual inventory maintenance for Schedule II drugs in compliance with DEA policies</li> <li>Supervisory responsibility over pharmacy production staff — includes workflow oversight, security of the pharmacy area, and adherence to delivery schedules</li> <li>Compliance scope spans local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, HIPAA, and third-party payer contract obligations</li> <li>Physical environment: standing or sitting 7–10 hours per shift; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; noise level may be elevated in the facility setting</li> <li>Standard pharmacy and office equipment in use: computers, fax machines, rolling carts, photocopiers, and filing systems</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required</li> <li>Active, fully credentialed Florida Pharmacist license required at time of hire</li> <li>Availability to work every third weekend (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM) and flexibility to cover weekday shifts including nights (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM) as needed</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sustain 7–10 hours of standing or sitting per shift</li> <li>Competency in sterile IV preparation, controlled substance management, and high-volume dispensing workflow</li> <li>Must be willing to work fully onsite in Sunrise, FL — no remote option</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
